Overview Job Skills / Requirements The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations of the company. The Field Manager's primary job is to visit Paladin field staff and inspect the quality of their work. Recommendations and corrective action are provided as needed. Field Managers work closely with Client Service Managers, Branch Managers, and Paladin Directors relating to quality control and operational issues.
Essential Job Functions
- First point of contact for Operations, Zone Supervisors, Clients, and front line employees for any incident, emergency, or inquiry
- Responsible for management level response to incidences and emergencies, while liaising with local authorities and regulatory agencies, depending on incident
