Overview

The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations of the company. The primary duty is to visit Paladin field staff and inspect the quality of their work, providing recommendations and corrective action as needed. Field Managers work closely with Client Service Managers, Branch Managers, and Paladin Directors on quality control and operational issues.
