Job Description

The Field Manager plays a critical leadership role at Axium Inspections, serving as the connector between our inspectors, team leaders, and the broader Services Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving inspector performance, upholding Axium's brand and quality standards, and building a strong, engaged field team across the Colorado market. As a hands-on leader, the Field Manager supports inspectors through coaching, on-site evaluations, report reviews, and consistent one-on-one communication. You'll identify performance gaps, set clear expectations, and help inspectors grow their skills and confidence, with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and customer experience.
