Castaway Philippines is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and rugged leader to serve as our Field Manager . This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of guest experience, safety, and team leadership.

As the Field Manager, you are the General on the Ground. You will lead our expeditions to Coron and El Nido, ensuring that every trip meets our high standards for adventure and hospitality. You will be the direct supervisor and mentor to our tour guides, the primary auditor of our field operations, and the ultimate guardian of the Castaway brand experience.
