As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our field-based client services team - the heart of our client and caregiver experience.
The Role: Field Manager
This role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the field, meeting families, supporting caregivers, and representing our agency in the community.
You’ll conduct in-home assessments, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive growth through referral development and community engagement.
It’s a hands-on, people-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and making a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Field Assessments
· Conduct in-home care assessments and reassessments
· Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families
· Ensure care plans are accurate, personalized, and aligned with client needs
· Serve as a responsive, compassionate point of contact for client concerns
Caregiver Support & Oversight
· Partner with caregivers to ensure successful client-caregiver matches
· Provide field support, oversight, coaching, and communication as needed
· Conduct annual reviews and supervisory visits
· Help maintain continuity and quality of care
Business Development & Community Outreach
· Represent With A Little Help at community events, senior centers, and partner organizations
· Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare and community partners
· Identify opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen our reputation
· Support marketing initiatives and local engagement efforts
Operational Coordination
· Collaborate closely with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
· Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes
· Support the overall client services workflow with reliability and professionalism
Who You Are

You likely bring:
· Experience in home care, home health, senior services, social work, or related fields
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Comfort working independently in the field

· Ability to manage details while staying connected to the bigger picture
