With 24+ completed projects and multiple developments underway across Mumbai, our focus is clear: strong on-ground presence, consistent branding, and marketing that supports sales in real time.


We are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands that in real estate, visibility, execution, and precision matter as much as ideas.


What you will be responsible for

· Executing ATL & BTL marketing initiatives with strong on-ground impact

· Driving offline branding across sites, hoardings, and experience centres

· Supporting launches, site activity, and marketing-led events

· Coordinating closely with internal teams and execution partners

· Ensuring brand consistency, quality, and cost discipline


What you’ll do day-to-day


Offline & On-Ground Marketing

  • Plan and execute site branding, hoardings, brochures, flyers, standees, and marketing kits
  • Ensure strong brand visibility across project sites and customer touchpoints
  • Support site visits, project launches, exhibitions, and marketing events
  • Conduct regular on-site checks to maintain quality, hygiene, and brand standards


Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal marketing stakeholders to execute approved plans
  • Translate sales and business requirements into on-ground marketing deliverables
  • Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously while meeting timelines


Vendor & Cost Management

  • Coordinate with printing, fabrication, and branding vendors
  • Manage quotations, timelines, execution quality, and installations
  • Ensure cost-effective execution within approved budgets


This role is ideal for someone who

  • Has 6–8 years of solid ATL & BTL marketing experience
  • Is deeply comfortable with offline marketing and on-ground execution
  • Knows how to manage vendors, timelines, and multiple priorities without noise
  • Is detail-oriented, dependable, and execution-focused
  • Understands the pace and realities of real estate marketing
  • Values ownership, consistency, and outcomes over titles


Tools & exposure

  • Print and branding production workflows
  • Excel / Google Sheets for trackers, MIS, and adept at using CRM tools

Real estate marketing portals such as Magicbricks, Housing.Com, 99acres, NoBroker, and similar platforms


Reporting to Head – Marketing
