Job Description
Powerpay is looking for a marketer who excels at driving new-business pipeline to support new business growth in the Canadian SMB payroll in a fast-moving company at an enterprise company that also feels like a start-up.
In this role, you will strategically support our direct sales teams and partner ecosystem with programs that create, accelerate, and expand revenue opportunities specifically focused on B2C-style SMB acquisition in Canada.
You will support the planning, building, and execution of marketing programs that fuel demand, convert prospects, and strengthen our presence across the Canadian SMB market. As the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, you will ensure programs land effectively and continuously evolve based on real-time sales insights and performance data.
