As our Field Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening how marketing supports growth across the business. This a newly created position designed to bring structure, alignment, and measurable ROI to our regional events and field programs. You’ll own regional marketing strategy, build a portfolio of high-impact events and campaigns, and serve as a trusted partner to sales and sales development – helping translate strategy into execution and execution into revenue.
What You’ll Do
Own regional marketing strategy from opportunity identification through execution and revenue contributionBuild and run a portfolio of high-impact events, including executive experiences, customer roundtables, roadshows, partner activations, and trade showsDesign and execute integrated campaigns across events, digital, email, ABM, content, and partner channelsPartner closely with sales and sales development to align on territory plans, pipeline gaps, and opportunity strategiesServe as a connector across marketing, sales, revenue operations, and leadership—ensuring clear communication and shared prioritiesEstablish a regional insights engine by feeding competitive intelligence, customer signals, campaign learnings, and field feedback into planningLead quarterly and monthly planning cycles, sharing field marketing roadmaps, investment recommendations, and performance outlooksMeasure what matters by defining KPIs, building dashboards, and making real-time adjustments during QBRs and monthly reviewsManage budgets, vendors, and agencies to ensure speed, quality, and return on investmentTravel to key markets and events (up to 50%) to support sales growth and execution What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation (B2B required; enterprise or SaaS experience preferred)Proven success building pipeline-driving field programs with measurable revenue outcomesExperience running integrated campaigns across events, digital, social, ABM, and partner channelsStrong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and sales motions (SDR, Sales, Partners)Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (such as Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar)Comfort working in matrixed environments with sales, product marketing, revenue operations, and leadershipStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and turn data into actionClear, thoughtful communicator who can tell a compelling story to different stakeholdersStrong project management skills with a sense of ownership and follow-throughA collaborative, patient, creative, and detail-oriented working styleExperience with post-event follow-up strategy is a plus, but not required What We Offer
