**Field Nursery Technician**
Responsabilities:
Assist in activities of data collection for field mapping, planting delays, plot identification, de-tasseling, harvesting, note-taking and data collection with internal IT systems.
Strong support in rouging in the whole crop life cycle to improve / maintain the genetic quality.
Comply with all company policies, code of conduct and SSHE standard operation procedures.
Follow up the work instructions and participate in QMS Internal Audit.
Supervise and train specialized or seasonal employees on standard operating procedures, work instructions and tool operations.
Provide timely reports on nursery and other new workflows progress particularly notify to Agronomic Specialist/Nursery Research Specialist any significant deviation from plan
Other:Travel up to 15% of the time particularly during peak seasons.
**Skills**:Bachelore Degree Desirable
High school with 5 years relevant experience.
