LaunchDarkly is looking for a Field Operations & Enablement Manager to support our rapidly growing APJ region. This hybrid role combines operational leadership with hands‑on enablement and is ideal for someone energized by building in an emerging market, working cross‑functionally, and partnering with globally distributed teams headquartered in AMS.

You’ll be the operational backbone for our APJ sellers—bringing clarity to processes, improving execution quality, and ensuring continuity across the customer journey—while also delivering targeted enablement that supports onboarding, skill development, and ongoing readiness.
