Job Description

• Provide comprehensive end‑user support across multiple Ontario locations, including on‑site visits as needed.
• Support users across Windows 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Monitor the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service‑level agreements (SLAs).
