Field Process Quality Manager (Temporal)

From the Technology departament we have a temporary position as a QA Manager for leading the main projects and for cordinate the team that are involve in them.

• Lead the Quality Installation team , within the Quality and Portfolio performance department.
• Monitor the quality of new installations performed through all sale channels, improving performance metrics, and providing structured , regular feedback to the installer managers.
• Lead and follow up the initiatives for improving the installers performance, providing them full support to guarantee a successful implementation in the installer teams.
• Work closely with Technology department to facilitate the understanding of the installation process between the installation areas and themselves, the continuous revision of the installation process in search of the best possible performance.
