Job Overview Job Location-Ennore-Chennai We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to manage field-based bulk hiring for blue-collar roles such as Pickers, Packers, and Loaders. The role involves extensive fieldwork, coordination with vendors, and meeting hiring targets within timelines. Key Responsibilities End-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar manpower (Picker / Packer / Loader roles) Conduct field recruitment activities: site visits, sourcing from local areas, job fairs, references, vendors, etc. Coordinate with operations and clients to fulfill daily/weekly manpower requirements Screen candidates, explain job roles, salary, shifts, and compliance details Maintain hiring MIS, trackers, and daily recruitment reports Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates Requirements Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 1 year in field hiring / blue-collar recruitment Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass Bike: Mandatory (field movement required)...
