Key Responsibilities
End-to-end bulk hiring for blue-collar manpower (Picker / Packer / Loader roles)
Conduct field recruitment activities: site visits, sourcing from local areas, job fairs, references, vendors, etc.
Coordinate with operations and clients to fulfill daily/weekly manpower requirements
Screen candidates, explain job roles, salary, shifts, and compliance details
Maintain hiring MIS, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
