Job Title: Field Recruiter (Field hiring)

Location: Gurgaon, India
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Fixed Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers, Packers, Sorters, Loaders, and Unloaders in Warehouses, Dark Stores, and Hyperlocal Stores.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet client workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with warehouse clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure daily travel within the city for recruitment drives and client interactions (two-wheeler required).

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years as a Recruiter in bulk hiring.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse staffing and bulk recruitment.
  • Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for daily in-city travel.
