Role Overview

As the Field Research Manager, you will lead a dispersed team of Field Researchers responsible for capturing critical, on‑site data across high‑priority commercial properties. This data—covering current tenants, available listings, and building characteristics—is the foundation for all CoStar Group products, providing the most accurate and comprehensive market intelligence to our clients. Your primary focus will be overseeing the team’s production and quality standards, driving high performance, and providing essential coaching and development to ensure excellence in our data collection efforts. This role is based in our Sydney office and requires approximately 25% monthly travel to interstate capital cities.
