Key Responsibilities:

   Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, focusing on ART consumables and equipment.

Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue potential.

Participate in and execute lead-generating activities such as workshops, events, and targeted campaigns in the region. 

   Pricing & Commercial Management:

  • Maximize pricing opportunities and manage customer pricing contracts and quotes.
  • Implement company pricing guidelines and ensure compliance.

   Focus on Key Accounts:

  • Prioritize and manage key fertility clinics, hospitals, and ART centers across Greater Madrid and Central Spain. 
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and clinical staff to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Maintain existing revenue streams while driving penetration of new products and solutions within accounts. 

   Sales Discipline:

  • Apply structured sales methodologies to manage pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting. 
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and CRM data integrity. 
  • Implement sales excellence initiatives, including funnel management and new product roll-outs. 
  • Spend at least 2/3 of time in the field visiting clinics and hospitals to strengthen relationships and fine-tune sales approach.
