Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four‑year course/College Level/Vocational Diploma/Short Courses
• Experience selling construction related products is an advantage
• Knowledgeable with a wide range of clients in general trade (hardware stores) is an advantage
• Experience handling existing accounts and creating/opening new accounts
• Willing to do full‑time field work

Job Summary: The Field Sales Agent supports the Regional Sales Manager in attaining sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. He is responsible for complying with the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and building professional sales techniques to develop a long‑term working relationship with customers.
