Position Overview

This is a field-focused, hybrid sales role for someone who understands agriculture and enjoys working directly with growers and technical experts. The role combines relationship-driven sales with agronomic conversations, helping farmers and soil specialists integrate mineral and micronutrient soil products into broader crop-health strategies.

remote

with significant field work, and open to candidates based in 
Costa Rica, Guatemala, or Argentina

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with farmers, growers, agronomists, and soil scientists
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field visits and ongoing outreach
  • Present soil mineral and micronutrient products as part of integrated soil health and fertility plans
