Qualifications

• B.E./Diploma engg. Mechanical/ Production/ Instrumentation
• MBA in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Min. 5 Years of Experience in the R&D sales is preferred.
• We require a person who has having background in R&D and can handle the profile of Sales.
• This is purely a field R&D sales job, who can visit the customer site and understand requirements based on R&D.
• Lead and manage a team of 4 handling sample set tooling business across the West & North regions.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement.
• Achieve a minimum of 50% conversion from sample sets to exhibit tooling orders in the South region.
• Implement conversion strategies through customer engagement and technical support.
• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain effective customer communication and strong relationships across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the North regions.
• Manage sales reports and MIS, ensuring timely submission to management.
