Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps or similar water pumps. The objective is to grow our business and manage key customers in the Pune region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell & promote Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps of reputed make - Kirloskar Brothers Ltd
- Identify contractors & end users who need pumps regularly
- Develop a network of traders and sub-dealers to sell in large quantities
- Conduct technical discussions, site visits & commercial negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 3+ years’ experience in pump sales
- Strong existing network in the pumps market including end-users, dealers and traders.
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Willing to travel around Pune region
