Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps or similar water pumps. The objective is to grow our business and manage key customers in the Pune region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell & promote Monoblock Centrifugal Pumps of reputed make - Kirloskar Brothers Ltd
Identify contractors & end users who need pumps regularly
Develop a network of traders and sub-dealers to sell in large quantities
Conduct technical discussions, site visits & commercial negotiations
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical/Electrical)
3+ years’ experience in pump sales
Strong existing network in the pumps market including end-users, dealers and traders.
Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Willing to travel around Pune region
