Field Sales Executive – Bearings

 Daily Work (Very Clear)

- Visit 20–35 crusher units, rice mills, hardware shops, industrial units, automobile workshops 

- Sell 100% genuine imported bearings 

- Visit new customers + take repeat orders from existing dealers 

- Collect payments & reduce outstanding 

- Check-in with live photo & collect orders in Zoho mobile app (training given) 

- Fix banners, display catalogs, solve bearing-related problems of customers

Requirements

Who We Want

- Age 21–40 years 

- Own bike + valid Driving licence (must) 

- Android smartphone 

- Local Permanent address in  (within 50 km radius) 

- Experience in bearings / industrial / crusher / hardware / auto spare parts sales is a big plus 

  (Freshers with bike & hunger to earn also welcome – full training given) 

- Local Language must, basic English OK

 **Joining:** Immediate – within 7–10 days 

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (Sunday off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off after probation)

- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & last CTC) 

- Incentives: Unlimited – Top performers easily take home ₹40k–₹80k+ per month

- After 12 months probation: **1 paid leave per month** (12 leaves/year) + public holidays
