Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive specializing in B2B sales, based in Noida. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and presenting customized solutions. The role involves conducting client meetings, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development and Sales skills, including B2B sales and lead generation
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Relationship skills
• Strategic Thinking with the ability to identify business opportunities
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Experience in working within target-driven environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with sales and CRM tools is a plus
