Role Description
- Source new leads, proactively contact prospects, understand customer requirements, and qualify them for sales teams.
- Identify customer needs, match them with the right real estate options, and provide accurate information.
- Schedule, coordinate, and ensure customer site visits with proper follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication, update customers, resolve queries, and keep leads warm until closure.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensure CRM accuracy, and generate reports for sales team.
