Sales Representative

Location: Mukeria, Dasuya, Pathankot, Jallandhar

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive growth within our field sales network. This role is critical to expanding our market presence, strengthening relationships with key trade partners, and achieving consistent sales performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities through daily site visits, maintaining strong store visibility, and organizing regular applicator meetings. With a focus on customer engagement and disciplined reporting, this position plays a vital role in sustaining brand visibility and driving revenue across assigned territories. A two-wheeler is required due to the field-based nature of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key trade customers.
  
• Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
  
• Dedicate at least two hours daily to on-site store engagement and customer support.
  
• Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance.
  
• Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the designated online portal.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
  
• 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP, Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants). Freshers or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
