Job Title
Field Sales Executive
We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive adoption of our Virtual Try-On App and Digital Marketing Services
This is a pure field sales role requiring daily visits, live demos with business owners, and consistent deal closures.
Field Visits
- Visit client location for conversions
- Engage directly with owners and managers (decision-makers)
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct minimum 5 live demos daily of the Virtual Try-On App
- Clearly explain business benefits such as:
- Improved customer experience
- Higher walk-in conversions
- Reduced trial time
Lead & Data Collection
- Collect 20 visiting cards / contact details per day
- Build a strong lead database for WhatsApp and follow-up marketing
Output Goals (Weekly Results)Sales Closures
- Close 3–5 paid subscriptions per week for the Virtual Try-On App
Service Upselling
- Convert at least 1 client per week for high-value Digital Marketing services
- (Brand Strategy, Brochures, Promotions)
Client Onboarding & Retention
- Ensure 100% of onboarded clients complete their profile setup within 48 hours
- Drive early adoption and long-term stickiness
- 1–4 years of experience in:
- Field Sales
- Retail / B2B Sales
- merchant acquisition
- Comfortable meeting business owners and managers
- Strong demo and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic
- Willing to work extensively on the field
