Job Description

  • Visit small and medium-sized food related businesses such as restaurants, cafés, QSRs, food courts, bakeries and food outlets
  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and local market mapping
  • Promote and sell Odoo's Point of Sale (POS) software through on-field visits
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable POS solutions
  • Conduct on-site demos of Odoo POS to owners, managers, and decision-makers (training will be provided)
  • Convert prospects into customers by closing sales and negotiating commercial terms
  • Assist clients in the initial setup of Odoo POS, training, and post-sales support during the initial usage phase to ensure smooth adoption
  • Maintain CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales reports regularly
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity metrics
  • Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support business growth
