Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai. This full-time role is pivotal in strengthening our B2B sales framework. Ideal candidates will have 0-1 years of experience, bringing a fresh yet focused approach to driving sales and enhancing customer relations within our expansive travel services portfolio.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in field work, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage clients at their locations.
  • Strong understanding and experience in sales, specifically within a B2B context, to drive business growth.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the travel industry, to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently to illustrate the benefits and relevance of our travel services.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills to nurture and maintain long-term client engagements.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and create persuasive marketing pitches.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, possessing the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Adaptability to travel extensively as per the demands of the field sales operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned regions to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential sales leads.
  • Perform client visits to present our travel solutions and services, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet the organization's sales objectives.
  • Maintain and update records of business opportunities and customer profiles in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to convey service value and benefits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of service issues.
