Field Sales Executive Position


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales who are passionate about building customer relationships and driving sales growth. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies directly in the field to expand our customer base and increase product outreach.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships within the assigned territory.

  • Execute direct sales tactics, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

  • Provide detailed information about our products to potential clients and answer any questions they may have.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products to new and existing customers.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, prices, and sales tactics to enhance strategic planning.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with industry professionals and promote our brand.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory using our CRM system.




Required Skills:



  • Demonstrated experience in FMCG Sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong ability to establish productive customer relationships and effectively manage these relationships throughout the sales cycle.
