We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar systems for home-owners across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert existing leads through site visits and direct customer interactions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales channels
- Pitch, sell, and upsell residential solar solutions
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales journey
- Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM tools
- Participate in on-ground marketing events and BTL activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Strong experience in B2C / Field / Direct Sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong closing abilities
- Comfortable with travel and field work
- Prior local/geographical knowledge is a plus
