We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients about products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
