Field Sales Head (Electronics)

I. JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the VP, Head of Field Sales, the Field Sales Head is responsible in finding and developing new customers for an assigned region, to sustain and grow the company’s business.

EDUCATION:

Business Administration/Management graduate or equivalent.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEC

3 to 5 years managerial experience as Sales/ Account Head in an Electronics Manufacturing Assembly plant or allied industries.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 1.0 Prospect new customers, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business.
• 2.0 Aggressively promote the company to all related companies and industry.
• 3.0 Develop sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, market research, and networking.
• 4.0 Main channel of information exchange between the company and new prospects/leads.
