**What will you work on?**
The Spin Master Field Sales Manager will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico and the global Sales Team. The Field Sales Manager will lead planning, execution, and measure of strategic commercial initiatives. In this role she /he will lead a team of sales merchandizers to execute sales strategies, meet annual KPIs, and manage key customer relationships in the retail channel. Also, will interact with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders to develop a compelling POS strategy and execute tactics to support business objectives and the overall Commercial Strategy.
