As the Field Sales Manager PRO, you will drive the achievement of sales growth for the BeNeLux breeder business, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative targets are met with maximum profitability. You will lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You are responsible to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders to foster collaboration and brand presence in the community.
