About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily with SME customers (Small to Medium Enterprise), with a strong focus on freight forwarding and logistics services. You will manage sales pipelines, prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and support the successful implementation of new customer accounts while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.

Additionally, you will support trade lane development initiatives, develop and execute customer retention and growth plans, and stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities. This position plays a key role in driving growth, optimising the logistics value chain, and generating new revenue opportunities through DP World’s comprehensive range of products and services.
