Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell agriculture products like spray pumps, pipes, seeders, and other agri tools.

2. Conduct regular field visits, demos, and awareness drives in target rural/agriculture markets.

3. Onboard local dealers/retailers and guide them on how to use Shoptions e-commerce platform for bulk or direct purchases.

4. Meet monthly sales targets and expand dealer networks across assigned regions.

5. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence on pricing and competitor products.

6. Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery, and after-sales support.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 3+ years of field sales experience in agriculture products/tools

2. Practical knowledge of sprayers, pipes, seeders, drip irrigation tools, etc.

3. Basic mobile and e-commerce usage knowledge is a must

4. Ability to build relationships with farmers, dealers, and local retailers

5. Fluency in Hindi and local regional languages

6. Willingness to travel extensively across rural zones in respective states

7. Agriculture background preferred

CTC: 3 to 4.5 LPA + Sales Incentives
