Field Sales Representative

Our client is a leading European restaurant booking platform. Their mission is to support restaurants with innovative digital solutions that increase visibility, optimise occupancy, and simplify daily operations. A strong passion for gastronomy, technology, and personal collaboration is at the core of everything they do.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant restaurants and proactively contact owners or restaurant managers to schedule meetings.
  • Visit potential clients both with pre-arranged appointments and via spontaneous drop-ins.
  • Conduct approximately 4–5 meetings or drop-ins per day.
  • Present digital products and services, including:
  • Table and reservation management solutions
  • Online booking tools for restaurant websites
  • Marketing and promotional offerings discount campaigns)
  • Analyse individual restaurant needs and demonstrate clear added value and growth opportunities.
  • Work in a structured manner, consistently follow up on leads, and support clients through to contract closure and successful go-live of the solution.
  • Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • High level of self-motivation, target orientation, and strong closing ability
  • Strong interest in gastronomy, digital products, and technology
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B or hospitality environment
  • Confident in closing deals, even within short sales cycles
  • Independent, dynamic working style and comfort in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organisational skills, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow
  • Confident PC and MS Office skills; CRM experience is a plus
