Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Remote within Germany

Your Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative in the retail sector, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and strategic development of existing and target customers in the independent retail segment. Your main focus will be on expanding current business relationships and acquiring new partners. You will analyze market potential, develop customer-oriented solutions, and implement sales strategies professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and further development of existing relationships at store level

  • Building and maintaining a network of strategically relevant retail partners

  • Conducting professional sales presentations

  • Preparing offers, reports, and meeting minutes in cooperation with the internal sales team

  • Overseeing customer-related matters such as invoices, products, services, and pricing

  • Planning and managing projects with the goal of securing binding customer commitments

  • Close collaboration with internal departments and international teams

  • Creating and updating strategic business plans for your sales territory

  • Responsible for quarterly sales planning and forecasting

  • Regular reporting to the sales management bi-weekly reports)

  • Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and product testing events

  • Your Profile

    Professional Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales

  • Proven track record in selling capital goods within the German retail sector

  • Experience in preparing and delivering professional sales materials and presentations

  • Confident handling of annual sales planning and forecasting

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional background in retail

  • Existing network in the independent retail sector

  • Experience in brand placement at the point of sale

  • Personal Skills:

  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused and reliable approach

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Resilient and a strong team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in German, good English skills

  • Class B driver’s license

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany
