Field Sales Representative

We are strengthening our team in Sales Support at our location in Madrid.
As part of our Trailer Div CVS team located in Madrid (Spain), the technical sales desk, will be in charge to support our Trailer customers for all ZF related product. He/she will work to the customer providing outstanding technical sales and support, stablish firsthand connectivity to customer engineering as well as fast onsite problem solving, diagnostics, immediate support.
What you can look forward to as Field Sales Representative:
Technical & sales support to customers (phone, email)
Documents edition (Adobe Acrobat)
Ensure the internal products process (PLM, SAP, and Cognos)
Training, Prepare and give successful technical training courses
Documentations & software, translation
Visit with sales rep or area manager at key customers
Collaborate with national and international teams across EMEA region
Your profile as Field Sales Representative:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree preferred)
Experience in technical support product
Adobe Illustrator
Good MS Office knowledge, excel at expert level
Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
Entrepreneurial driven self-starter focused
Independence, analytical thinking, good organizational skills, and clear prioritization of tasks
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
