Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct home demos and field visits in the assigned territory.
- Engage with potential students and parents to promote PW’s programs.
- Counsel students to identify the best-fit learning solutions.
- Manage and nurture leads via CRM with regular follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with strong ownership.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle .
- Comfortable using laptops/tablets for demos.
