Key Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products/services
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
  • Prepare daily sales reports


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Valid driving license
