What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Daily Missions):
• Be the Voice: Handle customer service and sales calls like a pro - helping people get the solutions they need.
• Digital Organization Boss: Keep our service tickets on point and digitally file important stuff (say goodbye to endless paper!).
• Data Detective: Ensure our customer info in our CRM and Sharepoint is accurate and up-to-date (think keeping the digital world in order).
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Figure out service costs, handle payments, and make sure billing is smooth.
• Maintenance Mission Control: Help customers stay covered with our maintenance plans - answer their questions and process renewals.
• Tech Whisperer: Create the most efficient routes for our field technicians so they can get where they need to be, fast.
• Task Master: Generate cases, service tickets, and schedules for our tech team.
• Communication Ninja: Confirm appointments with customers via calls, emails, and even texts (keeping everyone in the loop!).
• Level Up As Needed: Tackle other assignments that come your way - we're a team, and we support each other!
