Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing in coordinating and running the assembly process to meet module On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Lead daily operational activities of the assigned team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train, coach, and develop subordinates to build competency and technical knowledge.
• Plan and schedule parts redraw from the store while ensuring materials are prepared and completed within the required timeframe.
• Oversee proper handling and placement of loose parts to prevent misplacement and ensure readiness for assembly.
