**Field Service Engineer**
**Key responsibilities**
- Realization of inspections, repairs, preventive maintenances or troubleshooting at customer site
- Preparation of technical reports and recordings regarding customer complaints, and forwarding to the responsible departments
- Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems
- Support of the Service Account Manager regarding the technical advice of the customers
- Preparation of technical reports
- Leading of the personnel at site (depending on the task definition)
If necessary, installation of filling lines (depending on the task definition)
Installation of modifications (depending on the task definition)
**You bring these skills, experience & education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial or related field required.
- 3 years minimum of prior experience in the industry and/or 2 years in the same position.
