Job Description

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

1. Manage daily service case follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
2. Drive Service KRA Business through site walks, spares lead generation, and AMC service activities.
3. Maximize monthly service billable hours and consistently deliver reports on time.
4. Promptly diagnose equipment issues and resolve customer service requests with effective solutions.
5. Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations.
6. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify potential issues and maintain equipment reliability.
7. Collaborate cross functional team to resolve customer issues and provide expert technical assistance to customers.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports, repair logs, and customer communications, ensuring traceability.
