You’ll support ROWA and Pyxis both in pharmacy and hospitals, blending remote diagnostics with hands‑on field work to fix issues fast and minimise downtime.

Your Day-to-Day

Manage the full service workflow for ROWA and Pyxis: server reboots and patching, antivirus/Microsoft updates, device/server log retrieval, breakdown repairs and PMs, installation support, and clear case management from open to close.
