About The Role

This role is based in Sydney and will report to the CETS Manager. As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical technologies. Working under the guidance of the CETS Manager, you’ll serve as a vital technical ambassador—ensuring our life‑saving devices operate flawlessly in clinics and hospitals. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that balances technical mastery with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of CE products at customer sites.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
