Responsibilities / Tasks

• He/She covers the service execution (field service).
• He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country service execution.
• Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality service levels and execution.
• Delivery of top-quality service execution.
• First point of customer contact for service execution.
• Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site.
• Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as a standard and good knowledge of market dynamics in the Country.
• Profound experience in industrial engineering organization(s).
• Proven (minimum 5 yr) service and service operations experience.
