**The Opportunity**:This role is primarily about supporting our customers in Austria and Switzerland and ensuring that their Westrock high speed packaging machines are maintained in excellent condition and run at >98% efficiency.The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for the safety, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of WestRock packaging equipment in use at our customer's sites.They ensure that we always work safety and are actively involved in the continuous improvement of our work practices as well as implementing projects.This is a role where you are encouraged to grow your knowledge and experience and become an active member of our European Westrock Field Service Team.
